RUTH MAXWELL
Advisory Board

Ruth has a wealth of mission experience. She was raised in Nigeria by missionary parents. As an adult she has served with SIM for 23 years in numerous countries. Her life experience includes losing everything in the war in Liberia, losing both parents in a vehicle accident, living at a boarding school, experiencing ministry transitions, and gladly seeing people choose Christ. Ruth is a single missionary with a heart for mentoring, discipling and coaching missionaries and ministry leaders in Africa. She has found coaching to be an excellent way of walking alongside both missionaries and Africans.

As a career missionary with SIM (Serving in Mission), she is currently living and working in South Africa.  She is also a certified life coach.
