New Missionary Package How can I say “goodbye” and adjust well to a new culture? Going to the mission field as a new full time missionary can be both exciting and overwhelming. Your coach has cross-cultural experience and wants to support you through this significant transition. This 18-month package begins 6 months before departure so that you and your coach become well acquainted as you deal with partnership development, logistics, and healthy closure. Once you have arrived on the mission field, this valuable relationship with your coach continues through regularly scheduled phone appointments for 12 months as you establish yourself and your ministry. We at AGC want to help you transition into a new culture and make healthy adjustments to your place of service.
